18 Rams Coach
Carson Brumley
I grew up in Colorado playing volleyball at Telluride High School earning All-Conference and All-State as a setter. In college, I played on the University of Colorado’s club volleyball team. Now, I play competitive coed 4x4 sand volleyball all year round. My coaching style emphasizes teaching fundamental skills, court sense and growth mindset. I believe volleyball is more than a game, it teaches emotional intelligence, mental toughness, communication, discipline, adaptability and it creates community. This season we will grow both as volleyball players and women. Outside of volleyball I enjoy horseback riding, paddle boarding and snowboarding with my husband, Coach Elliott. For work, I am an Aerospace Engineer who designs and builds human spacecrafts while working with astronaut

Elliot
I am originally from Denver, Colorado and went to High School in the Denver area. I played basketball throughout high school but found my passion for volleyball in college. I started out playing sand volleyball outside of my dorm at the University of Colorado and haven't stopped playing since. I play competitive 4v4 sand volleyball every week and court volleyball as an outside hitter in the spring. My goal as a coach is to help our athletes grow on the court and off the court as they get ready to go off to college. For work, I am an Aerospace Engineer focused on control system design for satellite missions.
