Who can attend?

Open gym is open to current and prospective club players, regardless of what club you’ve played for in the past. All athletes are welcome!

Is it just for your club athletes?

Nope! We welcome players from all clubs. These sessions are a great way to stay active in the off-season and see what our club is all about.

Do I need to register in advance?

Yes — pre-registration is required. Space is limited and sessions often fill up quickly. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot.

What’s the cost?

Each session is $10, payable online during registration. Venmo or cash may be accepted at the door if space allows.

Will coaches be there?

Yes! Our club coaches will be present to organize play, evaluate talent, and answer questions about tryouts or the upcoming season.

Is this an official tryout?

No — open gyms are not tryouts, but coaches will be watching. This is a great chance to showcase your skills and get familiar with our program.

What ages/levels can participate?

Open gyms are organized by age group or grade level (typically 12U–18U). Check our posted schedule for session-specific details.

What should I bring?

Bring:

• Volleyball shoes (non-marking)

• Knee pads

• Water bottle

• A positive, competitive attitude

Volleyballs are provided.

Can parents watch?

Yes — parents are welcome! Seating/viewing areas may be limited depending on the facility.
